In Uvalde, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer to be responsible for the overall financial operation of the center.
Job Overview
- Monitors and reconciles monthly Accounts Receivable Report
- Generates quarterly 941 Tax Report, and TWC quarterly report
- Monitors monthly bank statement reconciliation
- Prepares cost estimates and quarterly allotment of funds by cost center
- Prepares special financial reports and performs special financial analysis when requested by CEO
- Determines costs of operations by departments, sites and unites of operations
- Keeps abreast of developments in field, maintains and assists in the up-date of the center's personnel policies and procedures manual
- Keeps abreast of managed care implications for the fiscal operation of the center
- Assures that all accounting internal controls are adhered to
- Checks accounting operations in progress, reviews all purchase orders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in accounting
- Minimum of five years experience in accounting or governmental agency budgeting controls preferred
- At least two years of management experience
