TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician (APC) leader to join our team at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in South Florida. Candidates must have 3+ years of emergency medicine experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required. In addition to working full time clinical hours, the duties include: participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all advanced practice clinicians (APC), promoting TeamHealth mission and values, orientation and on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
