TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician (APC) leader to join our team at a multi-facility system near the South Carolina coast. If you are a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) with 3 or more years of emergency medicine (EM) experience, you are right for this role. Prior experience in leadership is preferred but not required.

In addition to working full-time clinical hours, the duties include: participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all APCs, promoting TeamHealth mission and values, orientation and on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
