TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician (APC), nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA), leader to join our team at University of Tennessee Medical Center. Candidates must have 3 or more years of emergency medicine (EM) experience. Prior experience in leadership is preferred but not required. In addition to working full time clinical hours, the duties include: participation in departmental QA projects, scheduling all APCs, promoting TeamHealth mission and values, orientation and on-boarding of new clinicians, completion of annual evaluations, managing disciplinary and termination procedures as necessary, and monthly metric reporting.
