About the Role:

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• LPC, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW licensure

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $66,000 to $93,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
