Responsibilities: 

• Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• State licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Experience working with diverse populations, including active older adults with developmental disabilities and those in need of behavioral therapy
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $82,506 to $89,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
