Role:

Provide primary care in a skilled nursing facilities in Tacoma, WA, Monday through Friday
Treat diverse patient populations, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Build long-term relationships with patients for improved care continuity

Responsibilities:

Deliver primary care for short-term and long-term patients
Manage chronic diseases, diagnose conditions, and create care plans
Order and interpret lab results, prescribe medications, and consult with other healthcare providers
Educate patients and their caregivers, and promote healthy lifestyle changes

Requirements:

6+ months of experience working in a primary care setting
Post-acute care experience is a plus.
Active and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license and DEA, or application in progress.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $145,000 to $188,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
