• Outpatient practice - access and manage chronic pulmonary patients
• Inpatient rounding at Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility within work day
• Spirometry testing in office
• Collaborative relationship with 2 pulmonologists
• Clinic located on hospital campus
• Strong primary care referral base
