Physicians Regional Medical Center in Naples, FL is seeking a Physician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years' Cardiothoracic Surgery experience to join 3 Cardiac Surgeons and 2 Physician Assistants.

The position is a full-time salaried position with job responsibilities including first assisting in the operating room, daily rounds and anticipated call 1:3. 

You will be joining a program that provides world-class care in beautiful Naples, FL and a team that works cohesively, sharing all duties. We perform over 400 cases per year, including both cardiac and general thoracic cases while maintaining a 3-star rating from The Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) for patient care and outcomes. The Physician Assistant will:

• Be skilled in first assisting in cardiac and thoracic surgery cases
• Proficient in endoscopic vein harvesting
• Proficient in radial artery harvesting
• Complete daily rounding in CVICU and Step Down units
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Have completed an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Have a current NCCPA certification
• Have an active FL PA license
• Be skilled in completing consultations including patient histories and physical exams
