• Employed Position.
• Supportive Administration. 
• Office space and necessary equipment available.
• Office has 16 exam rooms, Cardiopulmonary Rehab.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience in CTS/CVS required
• Must be able to provide Vein Harvesting
• Certified PA
