Qualifications:

• Board certified in anesthesia with proven leadership experience
• Reside in the St. Louis area
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Action and results-oriented team player
• Commitment to promoting a culture of excellence in patient care and education
• Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various anesthesia coverage models and anesthesia practice financials

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with local anesthesia leaders and the vice president of operations at several TeamHealth BJC hospital sites
• Oversee clinical coverage and financials with leading initiatives for clinical and efficient care of patients
• Understand and use of patient throughput data to identify efficiencies and collaboratively drive action plan(s) with department and facility
• Collaborate and communicate with perioperative facility leadership and selective C-suite members
• Partner with talent acquisition team to enhance clinical recruiting success
