Winter: skiing within 1 h drive. Snowmobiling (plenty of trails). Ice fishing. Hockey (comets who are associated with New Jersey Devils play here at least 15 times a winter)
Summer: swimming, camping, boating. Multiple lakes within 30min to 1 h drive.
Locally: we have Stanley theater that can accommodate Broadway shows. Jerry Seinfeld, David Copperfield and other famous entertainers come here. There are at least 2 events at the theater per week.
Turning Stone casino-resort is within a 20 mile drive that has high end entertainment as well.
New Hartford is where wealthy people live, because of the excellent public school system.
Crime rate is 0. The population is about 230,000. Welcoming community to all.
No traffic Jam. No matter where you live it won’t take more then 10 minutes to get to the office.

Responsibilities
Work Schedule: 4-day work week -Candidate can choose day to be off

Qualifications
Possession of a valid MD or DO Physician license and certification in Cardiology or related specialty.
Demonstrated expertise in electrophysiology and non-invasive cardiology procedures.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Proven track record of managing complex cardiac cases and developing patient care plans.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in cardiology
Ability to work autonomously while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
BLS and ACLS
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Strong technical skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology
Passionate about patient care
Requires a minimum of two years of current Non-Invasive Cardiology experience.
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
Active unencumbered New York state license
One year of EMR experience

COMPENSATION
1st year: 500K + 10% incentive of the net profit over 1.3M (not to be < 150K)
2nd year: 500K + 15% (not to be < 200K)
3rd year : 500K +20% (not to be <250K)
4th year: 500K + 25% (not to be <300k)
Potential > 1M with same work load and NO CALL
