Full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our excellent team. Board-eligible or Certified in Emergency Medicine. Great work-life balance with ten to twelve, twelve hour shifts a month. Our team model is designed to provide the safest and highest quality of care while engaging with patients, family and caregivers.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, compassionate care to patients in critical need, treating each one with respect and empathy.
Assess and stabilize patients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to appropriate care settings.
Collaborate with a supportive team of nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals every day.
Communicate clearly with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps.
Keep detailed, up-to-date medical records to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.
Engage in ongoing professional development and share best practices with colleagues.
Contribute to creating a friendly, efficient, and safe environment in the emergency room.
Qualifications
