Seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join a team with Providence Primary Care. In this role, you will work closely with advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model that also includes social workers, nurse case management and clinical pharmacists. Behavioral health is embedded in the clinic as well, with a Psychiatrist and onsite Pharmacy available to patients and to provide support for Primary Care teams. - Limited call duties, approximately once every two months with minimal volume
