Responsibilities
Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
15-20 minutes with ea. patient
Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
Call: One week of Call once a year
Qualifications
Board Certified IM / FM
Bi-Lingual
Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
Open to Residents and Fellows
Open to Visa Candidates
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered physician Florida state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as Family Practice Physician
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Benefits
Salary: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 1\2 day
Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually
