Collaborating with a hospital 1-hour from Raleigh, North Carolina, that has an opening for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their team.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs from 8a-5p, Friday from 8a-1p

• Offsite call, 1:7

• Daily Volume: 17-22 patients

• 30-40 mins for new patients | 15-20 mins for follow-ups

• EMR: Epic

• Board certification required

• Competitive salary based on experience + RVUs

• PTO: 37 days + 5 days for CMEs

• ​​​Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

• National Institutes of Health (NIH)

• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

• Active unencumbered physician North Carolina state license

• Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program

• One year of work experience as Family Practice Physician

• One year of EMR experience

• Board Certified

• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.

• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
