Nuvance Health is seeking a Full Time Academic Geriatric Medicine Physician to work in collaboration with the post-acute care team to assess, plan, and provide geriatric patient. Physician will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities with being subspecialty education coordinator for geriatric medicine for the internal medicine residency and will work closely with the IM residency on geriatric curriculum and education. Additionally, will precept residents within the hospital setting doing geriatric consults, help to start a local geriatric outpatient practice and facilitate relationships with local skilled nursing facilities. Leadership and teaching experience is preferred but not essential. This opportunity is for someone that is passionate about supervising, educating, mentoring, and evaluating residents.

$200,000-$300,000 annually
