Responsibilities

Partner with a private practice in southeastern New Hampshire that has an opening for an Internal Medicine physician to join their team.

Reside in a family-friendly area with great local restaurants, plenty of outdoor activities, and less than an hour from Boston!

Position Details:

  • Schedule: 32 clinical hours (4 days) and 1 admin day (can be from home)

  • Offsite call, 1:20

  • 3 locations

  • Daily Volume: Up to 20 patients

  • Care team model

  • Board certification required


Qualifications
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine is essential to ensure top-notch patient care.

  • A passion for building long-term relationships with patients and their families.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.

  • A commitment to staying updated with the latest medical advancements and practices.

  • Empathy and a patient-centered approach to provide compassionate care.

  • Experience in managing a wide range of health conditions across all age groups.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.

  • BLS and ACLS

  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)

  • ​Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

  • The ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Strong technical skills.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology

  • Passionate about patient care

  • Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program

  • Active unencumbered Vermont physician state license

  • One year of Epic experience

  • Two years minimum of Primary Care Physician experience

  • MD or DO Doctorate degree


Requirements

· COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

  • A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.

  • Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
