The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary in collaboration with the nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
As a TeamHealth physician you work with each patient's care team to implement an individualized plan of care that meets the patient's goals. We provide you with template progress notes that include HPI, current medications, general exam, and review of systems, assessments and treatments by diagnosis to allow you to manage your time and have work/life balance.
We ask that you be board certified/board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead in a medical directorship role.
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $203,000 to $264,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
