Responsibilities
A hospital in northern Michigan with an opportunity for an OB/GYN to provide short-term call coverage.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call, specific dates
Support Staff: APPs
Cases: Suction D&C, laparoscopy, read NSTs, c-sections, circumcisions (not required), tubal Ligations
EMR & Dictation: Epic/Dragon
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Paid travel & expenses

Qualifications
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
Valid and unrestricted Michigan medical license is mandatory.
Proven experience in providing comprehensive OB/GYN care is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for patient interaction.
Ability to adapt to diverse clinical environments and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and assignments as a locum tenens physician.
