Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children's Hospital is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Physician to join their team in Spokane, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to work within a centrally located facility, with easy access and a quick commute from most Spokane area neighborhoods. The team includes 90 pediatric sub-specialists and general pediatricians that serve the Inland NW region all while fostering a collegial and tightly integrated, multi-specialty environment. The team is an active member of the Children's Oncology Group, seeing 60-70 new child and young adult Oncology patients annually. The department is also a hemophilla/thrombosis treatment center with a busy benign hematology and vascular tumor practice. Where You’ll Work
Providence Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital, a member of the National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions, includes more than 90 pediatric sub-specialists on the medical staff. The 18-bed emergency department is the only dedicated children’s emergency care and Level II Pediatric trauma center in the inland northwest region. With 37 general, 18 oncology and 20 intensive-care beds available for young patients, this tightly integrated team understands the special physical and emotional needs of children.
