Responsibilities: 

• Represent TeamHealth in engaging, establishing, and maintaining relationships within the community
• Work alongside pharmacists on medication management
• Implement an individualized plan of care for patients' goals
• Timely response in chart completions and pharmacy recommendations
• Provide oversight and mentorship to our clinicians in the greater Wake Forest, North Carolina, area

Experience as a medical director in a skilled nursing facility preferred. However, clinicians who are board certified and experienced in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family (FM), primary care, internal (IM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative, urgent care, and hospital medicine (HM).

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $104,800 to $162,400 annually with no cap on productivity income potential, working two days per week.
