Qualifications:- MD or DO degree
- Board certification
- Active and unrestricted Washington medical license
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- 6+ months of primary care experience.
- A passion for post-acute care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation is Fee For Service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $120,000 to $144,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
