Responsibilities

Work at an outpatient clinic that focuses on innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes, and join a team dedicated to providing a high standard of care.

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of pulmonary disorders and diseases.

  • Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and imaging studies.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Provide patient education and counseling on managing pulmonary conditions.

  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in pulmonology.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote respiratory health.

About the Position:

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9a-6p, and Friday, 9a-1p

  • Call Requirement: No call

  • Patient Volume: 16-20 per day

  • Patient Panel: 5k

  • Setting: Outpatient clinic

  • Support Staff: 1 NP, RTs, LCSWs, LPNs, MAs

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks

  • 1-year contract

  • Board-certification required

Qualifications
  • Board Certification in Pulmonology is required.

  • A valid Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one is necessary.

  • Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating respiratory disorders is essential.

  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care is expected.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team is important.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

  • Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient-centered care is preferred.
