Responsibilities
Work at an outpatient clinic that focuses on innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes, and join a team dedicated to providing a high standard of care.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of pulmonary disorders and diseases.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and imaging studies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Provide patient education and counseling on managing pulmonary conditions.
Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in pulmonology.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote respiratory health.
About the Position:
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9a-6p, and Friday, 9a-1p
Call Requirement: No call
Patient Volume: 16-20 per day
Patient Panel: 5k
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Support Staff: 1 NP, RTs, LCSWs, LPNs, MAs
EMR: eClinicalWorks
1-year contract
Board-certification required
Qualifications
Board Certification in Pulmonology is required.
A valid Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one is necessary.
Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating respiratory disorders is essential.
Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care is expected.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team is important.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient-centered care is preferred.
